Teaching

Learn by doing.
Understand by deciding.

Business education becomes more useful when students have to choose, explain and apply. That principle shapes my courses and the learning experiences I build.

01 / Try

Make an idea tangible.

Build a business model, test an assumption or pitch a solution. Give an abstract concept something real to work on.

02 / Discuss

Make thinking visible.

Compare decisions, question the evidence and explain the trade-offs. Different answers can open better conversations.

03 / Apply

Take the next step.

Turn analysis into a recommendation or a small experiment. Learning should change what you can do.

More ways to learn

Room to experiment.

Visual thinking

Draw a business plan. Without words.

Groups draw their business idea, exchange it with another group and interpret what they see. The exercise makes clarity, assumptions and communication visible.

Entrepreneurial practice

Pitch it. Question it. Improve it.

Student business pitches connect an idea with its customers, operations and financial logic. Questions become part of the learning.

Peer learning

Let students become the teacher.

When students explain a strategic concept to others, they have to make sense of it themselves. Teaching becomes a way of testing understanding.

Business cases

Put a real company at the centre.

Cases create space to examine context, evidence and alternatives before defending a recommendation.
